Experience Big Sur

If you're planning a trip to California, Big Sur should be at the top of your list. This coastal paradise has long been a magnet for tourists around the world, offering a stunning blend of rugged cliffs, towering redwoods, and pristine beaches. Whether you're an avid hiker, a nature lover, or someone with a keen eye for photography, Big Sur promises an unforgettable adventure.

Big Sur's magnetic draw lies in its diverse scenery—towering redwoods, secluded beaches, and dramatic cliffs. These unique landscapes provide a canvas of endless possibilities for photographers. Whether you are aiming for serene nature shots or vibrant coastal scenes, Big Sur always delivers.

I always suggest starting at the iconic Bixby Bridge. It’s one of my favorite places to shoot in California and one of the most photographed bridges in the state. If we’re spending a half-day together, I like to start at the bridge and head over for a short hike and hidden beach. A 30 minute hike through the Redwoods is also an option. If we spend a full-day together, we get to do both with a lunch break in between. Big Sur is a surreal experience each and every time.
